We were trying to fix the problem of having to do everything manually. HST offers a lot of different reports within the platform, and it’s great for a center to be able to go in, get live data, be able to do something with it. But for us at a corporate level, looking at multiple centers across the U.S., it’s hard for us to be able to go through that same process multiple times to then come together with an enterprise-level report. The Future
Currently, Regent Surgical Health is looking at HST’s patient estimates, which provides cost estimation platforms, so patients know their expected care costs in advance of surgery. Additionally, new surgery centers have been signing on with HST One+, which includes HST’s surgery center management, scheduling & care communication, and electronic charting. A few of Regent Surgical Health’s centers that were using HST’s surgery center management or HST’s surgery center management with HST’s scheduling & care communication have also added HST’s electronic charting in the last 6 months. The future looks bright between HST Pathways and Regent Surgical Health as it continues to adopt HST Pathways’ portfolio of products into its new and established ambulatory surgery centers.
