What does it mean when we say Simple Admit is retiring?
Simple Admit will no longer be an offered or supported product at HST Pathways.
When will my center lose access to Simple Admit?
What actions do I need to take regarding print reports?
Your Simple Admit print reports will not transfer to HST Patient Engagement. If you would like to save your print reports, please download and save them to your computer prior to 01/15/24. All print reports will be deleted with the deactivation of your Simple Admit site on 01/31/24.
What will happen to my patient data?
HST Pathways recognizes the importance of your data within Simple Admit. If you wish to keep your data, we strongly recommend you utilize the Export feature within the Simple Admit application prior to 1/15/24. The Export feature will allow you to save your data in a storage of your choice. To learn about the various data export options available, click here.

I see that HST Patient Engagement does not include automated phone calls as a form of communication. What will happen with the Simple Admit phone call(s) my surgery center currently uses?
HST Patient Engagement offers text messages as the main form of communication to your patients. We also offer email communication in the event you do not have a cell phone number for a patient. We do not offer automated phone calls as a form of communication through HST Patient Engagement. If this is something your surgery center and patients strongly benefit from, please do not hesitate to share your feedback with us. We evaluate all feedback and requests for potential enhancements to the product.
Will form changes still be possible before the retirement?
As of 1/26/24, no new form changes will be possible after 1/31/24.
