Referring a Potential HST Customer
- Refer and introduce the potential customer to us by sending an introduction email to [email protected] with the potential customer copied on the email.
- After the potential customer takes a 30-minute meeting with one of our Account Executives, we’ll send you the thank you reward.
Note: Management groups cannot refer a potential HST customer and receive a gift card if the entity is under shared ownership/control.

- Once your review is published, take a screenshot and send it to [email protected]. Then we’ll send you the thank you reward.
Participating in a Customer Story
- Showcase your success at your surgery center and discuss your HST experience. Email [email protected] to set this up.
- We’ll record a 10-minute video over a video conference and use that to create a summary video and written article.
- Once you approve, we’ll publish it and feature it on our website, which gets tens of thousands of visitors, and share it on social media. Getting featured like this probably doesn’t hurt your personal brand too! Lastly, we’ll send you the thank you reward.
